Galvanic anode
QRIMC has studied and produced various kinds of galvanic anodes.
Our high efficiency bracelet style aluminium galvanic anode
has reached the international advanced level, obtaining the
state patent (patent number 93 2 10383 9). The workshop of
QRIMC has two 110KVA and 350Kg induction furnaces and one
60KVA crucible furnace. The annual production capacity is
2000T of aluminium galvanic anode, 4000T of zinc galvanic
anode and 1000T of magnesium galvanic anode. The galvanic
anode products of QRIMC are not merely used domestically for
harbor, wharf, ships, ocean oil rigs, power plant, refinery,
chemical factory and underground pipelines, etc., but also
sold abroad to Singapore, Japan, and American etc.
Impressed current cathodic
protection products
QRIMC produces a series of products of impressed current cathodic
protection system, applicable to various environments. They
have been widely used in all kinds of areas, such as underground
pipelines, storing tanks and steel structures in seawater
or fresh water.
Antifouling electrolyte products
Antifouling electrolyte is one of the popular technologies
in combating sea growth fouling. The antifouling electrolyte
technology includes copper-aluminium electrolyte and seawater
(salt water) electrolyte. QRIMC is producing copper-aluminium
electrolyte set for small circulating water system. Other
products are in developing and will soon be put on market.
The electron anticorrosion
device for water heaters
The ANTIC¨° brand patented electron anticorrosion device was
developed to solve the problem of corrosion of the enameled
carbon steel or stainless steel inner tank of heaters. Its
technology is in the front of the world. The device can be
produced with the request of water heater manufacturers. Four
China patents were awarded for this device. |
