| 3 Technological principle
|
The electron anticorrosion device was developed on the necessity
of the protection of the steel or stainless steel inner tank
of heaters from corrosion. It is the reward of our long time
research
The key component of a water heater is its tank and heating
device. The material of the tank is stainless steel or enameled
carbon steel. The material of heating device is stainless steel
or pure copper. The corrosion speed of stainless steel, enameled
carbon steel and copper in warm water is comparatively fast.
If the water quality is not good the corrosion will be more
serious and then the safety problem is serous. The corrosion
problem of the water heater tank challenges the science.

| 3.1 Controller |
The controller monitors the potential of the object with a peculiar
method and regulates the reference potential and then the protection
current to keep the potential of the object protective.
This way, the device reacts to the alternation of the operation
condition immediately and make sure of the protection.
The controller asks independent power source with a connecting
cable of 2 or 3.5 meters and a standard plug.

Double-color LED display will show the situation of the protecting
